This issue has two numbers. For the first time in the nearly 20 years of Action Figure Digest’s history the current economic crisis has caused delays beyond our control. This issue is numbered 179-180 in order to get us back on schedule with our advertisers and distributors. It is not a double issue and only counts as one issue for our mail subscribers. (If we simply labeled this issue #180, people would think they missed an issue and the editors didn’t want any confusion.)
The initial signs of economic recovery are getting brighter with each passing month and our hope is this one adjustment will get us past these tough times and keep the news on new action figure lines and Hot Wheels releases flowing to our readers.
